Futuristic EOY Celebration

Held at the Javits Center, the NYO EOY Celebration was a forward-looking, cocktail-style event for nearly 2,000 guests. A sleek, AI-forward aesthetic - layered with chrome and mirrored finishes, neon-lit structures, dynamic lighting, and integrated technology activations - transformed the expansive space into a cohesive, futuristic celebration. As Lead Producer, I led the translation of concept into execution, shaping guest flow through floor plans, scenic and environmental design, digital content, talent oversight, catering, and detailed production schedules and run of show.
