Vercel Ship brought together builders at the forefront of AI and developer experience for a visually driven, design-forward tech conference. As Production Director, I led the execution of the event’s visual identity - delivering high-touch moments including an immersive motion-tracking digital installation, sponsor builds, a custom merch shop, and environmental design anchored in Vercel’s signature black-and-white aesthetic. The result was a polished, modern conference experience that paired technical depth with bold visual storytelling for a highly design-literate audience.
