US Ski & Snowboard Gala

Held at the Ziegfeld Ballroom, the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Gold Medal Gala transformed the historic venue through a dramatic Fire and Ice concept. The space was reimagined with oversized tinsel chandeliers and theatrical lighting that shifted the mood throughout the evening, while wall projections evolved from glowing, kinetic flames to softly falling snow. A sculptural snow-mound stage moment echoed across the room alongside refined tabletop florals. I led full creative production and served as the primary client lead, guiding the vision from concept through on-site execution to deliver an immersive celebration capturing both the intensity and elegance of elite winter sport.
