Borealis Philanthropy Diamond Dreams

Held in Atlanta, GA, Diamond Dreams marked a powerful, multi-day celebration of Borealis Philanthropy’s 10-year anniversary - spanning a conference, a Gender Justice Brunch, and culminating in a full-scale Ball honoring the organization’s past while boldly looking toward the future. As Executive Producer and Account Lead, I oversaw the full program from start to finish, including venue scouting, fabrication, hotel blocks, registration, full program meal planning, talent coordination, attendee comms, and the creation and stewardship of the core project budget through completion.

Built as a fully gender-neutral, deeply inclusive experience, accessibility was woven into every layer of the event - featuring live captioning, ASL interpreters, Spanish translation, listening devices, air purifiers, mobility scooters, wheelchair ramps, and more to ensure each guest could participate fully at every step of the program. Highlighting two of Borealis’s nine funds, Emerging LGBTQ Leaders of Color Fund and Fund for Trans Generations, the experience was infused with intention, care, and celebration. The result was an electrifying, love-filled gathering that honored community, resilience, and the collective power of a movement - one I’m deeply grateful to have helped bring to life.
