From initial client outreach to project close-out, I served as primary account and production lead, overseeing full production and design teams across pre-production and on-site execution. My role included developing an engaging guest experience, executing artfully crafted installations and dynamic photo moments, and thoughtfully curating talent - all while managing the project timeline, production schedule, and budget I established.
